Foo Fighters have cancelled their first official gig since Dave Grohl admitted to being unfaithful to his wife of over 20 years and fathering a child with another woman.
The band shared a post on their official Instagram page on Thursday night saying they would no longer be appearing at Soundside Music Festival in Bridgeport, Connecticut, this weekend.
They did not give a reason for the cancellation.
Earlier this month, the band's frontman Grohl told fans via a statement on Instagram that he'd "recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage".
Well known for his reputation as "the nicest guy in rock", he shares three daughters with his wife Jordyn Blum.
The former Nirvana drummer, 55, said he loves his family and was doing "everything I can to regain their trust and earn their forgiveness".
He also said he plans to be a "loving and supportive parent" to his new daughter.
He added: "We're grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together. Dave."
At the time, Grohl's publicist told Sky News the singer would be offering no further comment beyond the statement.
The rocker has been married to director Blum since 2003.
He played drums in the pioneering grunge band Nirvana from 1990 until 1994 when lead singer Kurt Cobain took his own life aged 27.
Grohl went on to form Foo Fighters and has scored a number of chart-topping albums including their most recent effort, 2023's But Here We Are.
It was the band's first release since the death of long-time drummer Taylor Hawkins.
They are best known for hit singles Best Of You, Everlong and The Pretender.
Soundside Music Festival will take place on Saturday and Sunday, with former White Stripes star Jack White and rock band Greta Van Fleet stepping in to fill the Foo Fighters' vacant headline slot on Sunday.
American singer-songwriter Noah Kahan will headline the festival on Saturday.
