Disgraced Hollywood movie mogul Harvey Weinstein is in hospital after testing positive for COVID-19 and contracting double pneumonia.
The 72-year-old is being treated for a "myriad of health conditions" at the Bellevue Hospital prison ward in New York, his representative and prison consultant Craig Rothfeld told Sky's US partner network NBC News.
Mr Rothfeld said diabetes, high blood pressure, spinal stenosis and fluid on his heart and lungs are among the "various" conditions Weinstein is "still afflicted with on a daily basis".
"In addition, Mr Weinstein tested positive for COVID and contracted double pneumonia in his lungs," he added.
Double pneumonia is when the infection affects both lungs.
Weinstein has been in prison since 2020, and had a 10-day stay at Bellevue Hospital earlier this year, with his lawyer Arthur Aidala describing him as "somewhat of a train wreck health-wise" but still "sharp as a tack" mentally.

The former film producer's landmark 2020 New York conviction saw him handed a 23-year prison sentence and kickstarted a global #MeToo movement - but in April it was overturned by the state's highest court.
Judges ruled the original hearing had been prejudiced by "egregious" improper rulings, including a decision to let women testify about allegations that were not part of the case, violating Weinstein's right to a fair trial.
While his conviction was thrown out, Weinstein has remained in jail because he was also convicted in Los Angeles in 2022 of another rape, for which he was sentenced to 16 years in prison. He is also appealing against this conviction.
Weinstein has denied that he raped or sexually assaulted anyone.
