Grealish's Manchester City teammate Erling Haaland posted two heart emojis in response to the news.

"Congratulations," replied England captain Harry Kane, while fellow Three Lions star Jude Bellingham wrote: "Congrats brother."

Attwood shared the same image with the caption: "Half of me, half of you - beyond blessed."

The pair have reportedly been dating since they were teenagers growing up in Solihull, West Midlands.

Attwood, a model, has worked with brands including L'Oreal and Pretty Little Thing.

Grealish missed out on being selected for the final 26-man England squad for Euro 2024.
